Céline Timmerman
Céline Timmerman (1990°) is a theater creator/director and an actress. Her artistic work is situated within the performance world. After studying Fine Arts in Ghent, she continued her studies as a theater director at the theater academy in Maastricht where she graduated in 2016 with the performance ‘Bodemloos’ (Nekkersdal, CAMPO and Entrepot). Her second play ‘POUCH’ performed at the Amsterdam Fringe Festival, among others. As an actress she had roles in several short films and TV series like Cordon, De Ridder, and Bevergem. In 2019 she won the audience award of the ‘Cross over Pitch’ at TAZ, with the project 'Same Same', with this project she completed the screenplay workshop and received scenario support from the Flemish audiovisual fund (VAF).
